混铁车倾动力矩的仿真计算

摘    要:混铁车的倾动力矩是其倾动机构设计的重要参数,以往混铁车的倾动力矩的计算多依赖于手算,计算速度慢,计算精度低。采用Solidworks软件,对300t混铁车进行了倾动力矩仿真计算,克服了上述缺点。经计算得出了倾动力矩曲线,为倾动电机的功率确定和倾动机构设计,为倾动的安全性判定提供了理论参考。

Abstract:The tilting torque of iron-mixed truck is an important parameter in designing tilting mechanism. In the past, calculating tilting torque of iron-mixed truck most depended on hand calculating with low calculating speed and calculating precision. This paper adopts Solidworks software to simulate and calculate tilting torque of the 300t iron-mixed truck, and overcome the above drawbacks. According to the calculating, it can be seen the tilting torque's curve, which provides a theoretical reference for determining the power of tilting motor, designing tilting mechanism, and determinng the tilting safety.
