| 摘 要： | 在2号机组启动过程中发生炉水pH值偏低的现象后,针对当时的汽水数据和所采取的处理措施,进行归纳分析,总结出发生异常情况时的一些规律。从理论角度分析了发生磷酸盐隐藏现象的原因,得出采用全挥发处理的锅炉在一定的条件下也会发生磷酸盐隐藏现象的结论。并根据分析的结果对机组发生的异常现象作出合理的说明,对采用同类水处理方式机组的运行和管理具有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | During the startup process of the unit, the boiler water Ph was in low side, and dealing measures were adopted according to water and steam data at that time. To draw laws in abnormal conditions this paper analyzes the reasons of phosphate hideout phenomena on the theoretical plane and concludes that at certain conditions there are phosphate hideout phenomena taken place to all volatile treatment boilers. The achieved result can explain the phenomena happened in the start operation and be reference for similar water treatment. |
