无铅工艺是一个技术涉及面极广的制造过程,包涵设计、材料、设备、工艺与可靠性等技术。因此,无铅工艺的标准化工作需要全行业众多和研究机构的共同努力。工艺相关要素的标准化可以大大降低生产成本和社会成本,加速产品进入市场的时间,促进技术的交流和进步。综述了国内外无铅工艺实施有关的原材料、元器件、PCB、工艺以及可靠性方面的标准化进展情况。并对无铅化的标准体系进行分析,对无铅化标准的发展情况进行了阐述。

Lead-free technology is a manufacture process imolved multi-parameters,inchding design,material,equipment,process and reliability.So the standarzation of lead-free technology needs to be done by the efforts of many enterprises and institutes in industry.The standarzation relating to process factors can greatly reduce the cost of production and society,advance the launch time of product to the market,improve exchange and progress of technology.
