摘    要:提出了一种适用于高阻接地故障的故障测距新算法。该算法基于微分方程描述的线路数学模型,利用单端信息对高压输电线路进行故障测距,保留了解微分方程算法的简单可靠,现实可行,不必滤除衰减直流分量、不受电网频率波动的影响等优点,同时,消除了过滤电阻的影响,克服了传统解微分方程法中,在经高阻接地故障时测距误差过大的缺点,为检验算法的精度,进行了大量的EMTP数字仿真实验。仿真结果表明,算法原理正确并具有较高的

Abstract:A new algorithm of fault allocation for high impedance grounding is presented,which is based on the math model of power line described by differential equation and uses the information of single terminal to allocate the fault of HV power transmission line.It keeps all advantages of the simple,reliable,practical algorithm for differential equation solution,which does not need to filter the direct current component and is not affected by the change of power network frequency.It eliminates the influence of transition resistance and overcomes the drawback that the fault allocation error is too big to accept when the fault resistance is large.In order to verify the accuracy of the algorithm,a lot of simulative test has been done.The simulation results show that the principle of the algorithm is correct and the allocation accuracy is high.
