矿用大型带式输送机控制系统优化设计研究

摘    要:超长距离、大运量的大型带式输送机逐渐在煤矿现场得到了应用,针对大型带式输送机启动过程的特点及对控制系统的要求,在分析了带式输送机启动过程动态特性的基础上,重点对其控制系统进行了设计,采用了变频调速系统实现了软启动的目的,并采用模糊控制理论对变频调速控制系统进行了优化设计,对于矿用大型带式输送机控制系统的设计研究具有一定的借鉴意义。
