摘    要:为了满足照明需求,有时需要将LED灯具设计成照射角度可调的结构,采用有限元软件分析了三款搭配常见散热器的大功率LED筒灯在不同照射角度下的散热性能,结果发现搭配辐射状散热器的LED筒灯在低于30°照射角下散热效果较佳;搭配平板状散热器的LED筒灯绕不同方向转动照射时散热效果不同,在绕文中所示X轴方向转动时散热效果较好,适合多角度照射;搭配柱状散热器的LED筒灯在多角度照射情况下都具有较好的散热效果。研究结果为以后的筒灯设计提供了参考依据。

Abstract:Sometimes, we need to design the LED lighting into the structure of the irradiation angle adjustable in order to meet the lighting needs. In this paper, we finish the thermal performance analysis of three high-power LED Downlights with different heat sink illuminating in different angle by the finite element software. The result showed that the LED Downlight with a radial heat sink has the better thermal performance in irradiation angle of less than 30°;The cooling effect of flat-shaped lamp is different when it around in different directions to turn the irradiation angle. When it rotates around the X axis direction, the performance is better and suitable for multi-angle irradiation; Lamp in the case of multi-angle irradiation with a prism-shaped radiator has better cooling performance. This study could provide a reference for the design of the later Downlight.
