汽车助力转向专用角度传感器设计

摘    要:针对小型汽车电动助力转向(EPS)中的扭矩传感器进行研究设计,并制作了一种角度传感器,分辨率可达到0.08789°,具有低功耗、工作温度宽的特点。对设计制作出来的角度传感器进行了调试测量,由误差分析结果对角度传感器系统进行了改进,经改进后的角度传感器线性度良好,输出示值误差范围达到了所要求的精度。

Abstract:Aiming at torque sensor in small car electric power steering( EPS), research and design are carried out and a kind of angular sensor is fabricated, and resolution rate can reach 0. 08789 o, has characteristics of low power consumption, wide operating temperature. Debug measurements are carried out on the designed angular sensor, the angle sensor system is improved by error analysis results and the improved angular sensor has good linearity, output indication value error range achieves the required precision.
