摘    要:建立了鹿茸的高效液相指纹图谱.研究了不同的预处理方法、流动相组成、最佳检测波长等操作因素对鹿茸指纹谱图的影响,并对6种不同产地的鹿茸药材的指纹图谱进行了比较.色谱条件为:InertsilODS-3色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm;5μm);检测波长270 nm;流动相为甲醇-磷酸水溶液(质量分数为0.05%)梯度洗脱;流速:1 mL/min;分析时间:100 min;柱温为25℃.

Abstract:This paper described an analytical method of fingerprint of pilose antler by HPLC. different sample pretreatment ,detection wavelength , mobile phase, temperature were studied and the fingerprint chromatograms of pilose antler from six different areas were compared. Inertsil ODS-3 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm,) was used with the mixture of methanol- phosphoric 0.05% acid;the detection wavelength was 270 nm;the flow rate was 1 mL/min and the column temperature was 25 ℃.
