轮胎硫化余热的回收与利用

轮胎硫化过程中有部分高位蒸汽冷凝后直接排八大气，凝结水温度冷却过程中存在大量热量损失。余热回收系统是将硫化排放的余热回收，并将回收的热量充分利用，冬季用于车间（或办公室）供暖，夏季通过制冷机取低温水，为挤出线冷却装置提供低温水（或成型车间提供制冷空气），从而达到节能降耗的目的。

Recycling and utilization of waste heat in tire curing

In the process of the tire curing, a part of high steam directly discharged into the atmosphere after condensation,there are a lot of heat loss in the cooling process. Waste heat recovery system is to recycle waste heat and make full utilization . In winter used it for workshop （or office） heating and through cold water chiller, provide extrusion line cooling device with low temperature water （or molding workshop to provide cooling air） in summer , so as to achieve the goal of saving energy and reducing consumption.
