全绝缘母线外绝缘击穿问题分析及改造措施

摘    要:全绝缘母线在实际运行中经常出现外护层烧毁但主绝缘不受影响的情况,严重影响全绝缘母线的安全运行。通过分析全绝缘母线结构、在现场的安装方式和母线头部及中间开口处绝缘处理情况,发现全绝缘母线结构与单芯电缆结构类似,在屏蔽接地中采用多点接地,母线头部和中间开口处采用热缩材料处理等,进而从材料接地方式分析了全绝缘母线外护层烧毁的原因。并且提出了相应的改造措施,在全绝缘母线屏蔽接地上采用中点接地,在母线头部和中间开口处的绝缘采用冷缩材料处理,进而达到提高全绝缘母线安全运行的效果。

Abstract:Fully insulated busbar is a new bus,with large carrying capacity,small skin effect,and high mechanical strength. But it is often found that the fully insulated outer sheath bus is burned but the main insulation is unaffected in actual operation,so the safe operation of the fully insulated bus is seriously affected. By analyzing the fully insulated busbar structure,installation of on-site and the insulated handle situation of bus head and the intermediate openings,it is found that it has a similar structure with fully insulated single-core cable bus. To use multipoint grounding in the shield grounded,and thermal materials to process the head and intermediate openings of the bus,the reasons of the outer sheath of fully insulated bus being burned are analyzed from the material. And the corresponding transformation measures are adopted to achieve the effect of improving the safe operation of the bus fully insulated,such as adopting midpoint grounding in the shield grounded,and using shrink insulation material to handle the insulation of the head and the intermediate of the bus.
