摘    要:研究了固体氯化铅直接低温熔炼过程,开发了一种能耗低、作业环境友好的固体氯化铅火法生产粗铅技术.考察了熔炼时间、熔炼温度、熔剂量、还原剂量等因素对氯化铅熔炼过程的影响,确定了氯化铅低温熔炼过程的最佳工艺技术条件:熔炼温度875℃,熔炼时间30 min,熔剂用量为理论值量的1.05倍,还原剂量为氯化铅量的6%.在上述条件下...

Abstract:Direct low-temperature smelt process of the solid lead chloride was studied and a technology for treating the solid lead chloride was developed.The effects of smelting time,smelting temperature,the dosage of flux and reducer on the smelt process were investigated.The experimental results indicated that the optimum process conditions involve smelting temperature 875 ℃,smelting time 30 min,the dosage of flux is 1.05 times to theoretical ones,the dosage of reducer 6% of lead chloride amount.Under the above process conditions,the recovering ratio of lead is up to 91.24%.
