| 摘 要： | 教育者和教育对象是思想政治教育过程中平等交往、双向互动、辩证统一的主体。思想政治教育的根本特点是主体性。主体性思想政治教育是以教育者和教育对象主体性的充分发挥为保障和体现，以弘扬和培育教育对象的主体性为目标导向和价值追求的教育。主体性思想政治教育理念的提出既是马克思主义关于人的全面而自由发展理论的根本体现，也是现代教育理论、思想政治教育规律和社会发展的必然要求，因此理所当然地成为现代思想政治教育发展的一个基本指向。

| Abstract: | Educator and educatee are equal and complementary subject of dialectical unity.Ideological and political education of subject aims at giving full play to educator's and educatee's initiative and mainly developing the educatee's.The conlept of ideological and political education of subject is an embodiment of Marxism on human beiag's free and thorough developmet,and it is also an essential result from modern education theory,rule of ideological and political education and social development,therefore,it must be the direction for the development of modern ideological and political education. |
