优质护理服务在精神科患者中的应用

目的:探讨优质护理服务在精神科患者中的应用效果.方法:在精神科开展"优质护理服务示范工程"活动,通过建章立制、规范服务、创新管理环节等措施开展工作,比较实施优质护理服务前后红灯呼叫次数、时间分布、原因及患者满意度、护理质量评分.结果:实施优质护理后,日均及白班、中班、夜班、周末班的红灯呼叫次数均较实施前下降(P＜0.05);患者满意度由实施前的82%升高至94%(P＜0.01);实施优质护理后基础护理质量评分较实施前升高(P＜0.05).结论:优质护理服务是一项贴近患者、深入民心的良好决策,是构建和谐医患关系、提高患者满意度的良好措施,值得大力推广.

Application of "high-quality nursing care demonstration project" in the department of psychiatry

Objective:To investigate the application effect of "high-quality nursing care demonstration project" in the department of psychiatry.Methods: The "high-quality nursing care demonstration project" was carried out in the department of psychiatry and the project was involved in the establishment of regulation and rules,standardization of service and innovation of management measures,then the calling times,time distribution,reasons of calling,patient contentment and the scores of nursing quality were compared before and after the implementation of the project.Results: The average calling times per day and the calling times on day and night shift and at weekend reduced after the implementation of the project compared with those before the implementation of the project(P<0.05);the degree of patient satisfaction rose from 82% to 94% after the implementation of the project(P<0.01);the scores of basic nursing quality were obviously higher after the implementation of the project(P<0.05).Conclusion: The "high-quality nursing care demonstration project" is one of good and effective measures to set up harmonious relations between patients and medical staff and improve patient satisfaction.
