| 摘 要： | 论述中风后言语不利的发病机制，总结中风后言语不利的辩证治疗。包括中药的辨证治疗、外灸的辨证治疗、针药结合的辨证治疗．指出了中医研究治疗中风后言语不利存在的问题，并对该研究治疗进行了展望。

| Abstract: | The mechanism of aphasia after stroke in Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine is reviewed. The treatment by traditional Chinese herbal drugs, acupuncture and combination of herbal drugs and acupuncture are discussed. |
