中国先进研究堆堆芯容器及堆内构件设计研究

摘    要:堆芯容器及堆内构件是中国先进研究堆(CARR)中的关键设备之一.经过充分调研和精心设计,解决了CARR堆芯容器及堆内构件结构设计中以下几个方面的技术难点:螺纹连接的防松脱设计,填充体与栅板组件的整体装配设计,控制棒导管的上、下支撑设计和密封结构设计等.目前,堆芯容器及堆内构件在现场已安装完毕,经多项设计试验验证表明,达到了预期设计要求.

Abstract:The core vessel and core structure of China Advanced Research Reactor (CARR) are one of the key components. Through sufficient investigation and well design, the technical problems of the anti-unlock design of threaded joints, the integer assemblage design of filler and grid assembly, the upper and lower support design of control rod guide tube, seal constructers design and so on were solved. Now, the core vessel and core structure were well set, which fulfill the anticipated design requirement through several design validatation experiments.
