摘    要:目的:建立复方联苯苄唑霜中氯霉素和联苯苄唑合含量测定方法。方法:采用双波长分光光度法消除组分间干扰进行含量测定。结果:氯霉素含量测定波长为276,237nm,对应平均回收率99.9%(RDS=0.8%,n=9);联苯苄唑含量测定波长为256,295nm,对应平均回收率99.6%(RDS=1.3%,n=9)。结论:本方法简便、快速、准确。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To develop a method for determining the contents of chloramphenicol and bifonazole in cream bifonazole compound.METHODS:The double wavelength spectrophotometric method was used for eliminating mutual interference.RESULTS:Measurement was carried out at 295,276,256,237 nm with a mean recovery of 99.9% ( RDS = 0.8% , n =9) for chloramphenicol and 99.6% ( RSD = 1.3% , n =9) for bifonazole.CONCLUSIONS:The method was simple and accurate.
