中西医结合治疗慢性前列腺炎50例疗效观察

目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性前列腺炎(CP)的临床疗效。方法:将150例CP患者随机分为3组,中药组(中药治疗)、西药组(特拉唑嗪治疗)、治疗组(中药加特拉唑嗪治疗),观察比较其疗效。结果:中药组、西药组、治疗组3组的总有效率分别为86％、84％、96％,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);临床复发率分别为14％、18％、4％,治疗组优于中药组、西药组(P<0.05);治疗后各组最大尿流率、平均尿流率改善明显(均P<0.05),但各组间最大尿流率、平均尿流率比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗CP较单用中药或西药治疗临床效果好,复发率低,是治疗CP较理想的疗法。

Treatment of Chronic Prostatitis by TCM Combined with Western Medicine: A Clinical Observation of 50 Cases

Objective: To observe the curative effect of TCM combined with western medicine (WM) for chronic prostatitis(CP) . Methods: 150 cases of CP were allocated to 3 groups randomly, TCM group (treated by Chinese herbal drugs), WM group (by terazosin) and treatment group (by Chinese herbal drugs and terazosin). Their curative effect are compared. Results: The clinical effective rates of 3 groups were 14% , 18% and 4% respectively. After treatment, the maximal urinary flow rates and average urinary flow rates were markedly improved ( P < 0. 05) in 3 groups but the difference was not significant ( P > 0.05) .Conclusion: TCM combined with WM possesses a better effect for CP than other two groups, and its recurrence rate is low.
