摘    要:为了增强TiO_2中电子和空穴的分离效率,通过喷雾高温分解的方法制备了TiO_2多孔微球、TiO_2/WO_3多孔微球。多孔微球样品通过SEM和XRD进行表征。TiO_2/WO_3多孔微球与TiO_2多孔微球进行比较显示出较低的发光强度,这说明WO_3的引入能够增强TiO_2电子和空穴的分离效率。在太阳光的照射下,TiO_2/WO_3多孔微球无论是对乙醛的降解速率影响还是生成CO_2的速率都显示出最高的光催化活性,这可能是由于电子、空穴复合的抑制所导致的。通过此方法合成的TiO_2/WO_3多孔微球在能量、环境保护、生物及其他重要领域将有重大的应用潜力。

Photocatalytic Activities of TiO2/WO3 Porous Microspheres Prepared by Ultrasonic Spray Pyrolysis
Abstract:In order to enhance charge separation of TiO2,TiO2 and TiO2/WO3 porous microspheres were prepared by ultrasonic spray pyrolysis. The microspheres were characterized with SEM,XRD. The PL intensities of TiO2/WO3 porous microspheres are lower than that of TiO2 porous microspheres,which suggests the introducing of WO3 enhances charge separation of TiO2. Under solar irradiation,TiO2/WO3 porous microspheres showed higher photocatalytic activity for acetaldehyde degradation and CO2 generation compared with TiO2,which could be ascribed to the suppression of electron-hole pair recombination. Also,it is believed that the novel porous TiO2/WO3 porous microspheres by this synthesis route might offer a great potential in energy,environmental protection,bioengineering,and many other impor-tant areas.
