摘    要:以煅烧黄土为原料,经FeSO4与AlCl3聚合改性制备一种生态环保型的黄土/聚合铝铁盐基絮凝剂(LPAFCS)。以COD及浊度去除率为指标,采用单因素控制变量法考察了黄土煅烧温度、FeSO4/AlCl3质量比、反应温度与pH对复合絮凝剂处理污水效果的影响,并对复合絮凝剂处理生活污水的效果进行了评价。结果表明,黄土煅烧温度为600℃,m(FeSO4)/m(AlCl3)=1:2,反应温度为60℃,pH=3时制备的LPAFCS处理污水效能最佳。其对城镇生活污水各项指标去除率均高于70%,吸附次甲基蓝和苯酚废水效果良好,且成本低廉、工艺简单和绿色环保,有实际应用前景。

Abstract:An eco-friendly loess/polyalumina-iron salt-based flocculant(LPAFCS)was prepared from calcined loess by the polymerization of FeSO4 and AlCl3.With COD and turbidity removal rate as indicators,the effects of calcination temperature,FeSO4/AlCl3 mass ratio,reaction temperature and pH on wastewater treatment performance by flocculant were investigated by single factor control variable method,and the effect of composite flocculants on domestic wastewater treatment was evaluated.The results showed that the LPAFCS prepared at 600℃,m(FeSO4)/m(AlCl3)was 1:2,reaction temperature was 60℃and pH was 3 had the best treatment effect.Its removal rate of various indicators of urban domestic sewage was higher than 70%,the adsorption effect of methylene blue and phenol wastewater was good.Moreover,it has low cost,simple process,green environmental protection and practical application prospects.
