摘    要:为解决某植物榨汁饮料厂的废水COD高、有异味等问题,研究了厌氧—缺氧—好氧(AAO)工艺和絮凝沉淀混合工艺对废水的处理效果。探索了初始浓度、曝气量、絮凝剂的种类和投加量等对废水处理效果的影响机制。实验结果表明,初始浓度为4000 mg/L的废水,经AAO工艺后COD去除率可达77%。继续投加合适的絮凝剂后废水COD去除率可达90%。处理后的废水澄清无异味,可进行后续处理排放。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of high COD and odor of wastewater in a plant juice beverage plant,the treatment effect of anaerobic-anoxicaerobic(AAO)process and flocculation and sedimentation mixing process on wastewater was studied.The effects of initial concentration,aeration amount,type of flocculant and dosage on the treatment effect of wastewater were explored.The experimental results show that the COD removal rate of wastewater with initial concentration of 4000 mg/L can reach 77%after AAO process.After the addition of a suitable flocculant,the COD removal rate of the wastewater can reach 90%.The treated wastewater is clarified and has no odor,and can be discharged after subsequent treatment.
