上开式扇形闸门箕斗卸载曲轨强度分析

摘    要:上开式扇形闸门曲轨自动卸载箕斗的工作原理为,箕斗上提时,当卸载滚轮9进入两侧曲轨11后,卸载滚轮9沿着曲轨11滑动,带动扇形闸门8绕闸门回转轴7转动,扇形闸门8逐渐打开,煤靠自重沿着溜煤槽1卸入煤仓。当箕斗达到规定提升高度时,扇形闸门已完全打开,煤以最大量卸载。煤卸完后,箕斗开始下放,卸载滚轮9与曲轨11做同打开时相反的运动,将扇形闸门8关闭,离开曲轨11后,扇形闸门8靠自身作用实现自锁。如图1所示。

Abstract:Combining the operation parameters of the 16 t automatic downloading skip with top-opened fan-shaped gate,founds the dynamical model of the downloading course and the finite element model analyzing the contact between the downloading wheel and the rail on basis of ANSYS,gets the pressure curve of the downloading wheel to the rail and the stress and contact pressure distribution chart of the rail,which makes up the deficiency of the strength design theory.It proves feasible by the analysis result.
