| Abstract: | Two patients with extensive irrigant solution extravasation following percutaneous nephrolithotomy documented by computed tomography (CT) are described. This complication of percutaneous nephrolithotomy often can be avoided by careful attention to technique. CT can accurately confirm the diagnosis. |
