| 摘 要： | 建立工厂级的全面原物料管理模块,辅助指导合理备料并达成成本控制的目标。该文对现有材料领用、使用和回收实际情况进行分析,针对物料控制的关键问题——防止物料错收、错投,提出各种物料类型的管理流程以及与SAP系统、PM系统交互、信息共享的解决方案,应用于华润上华FAB1,取得了较好效果。

| Abstract: | Material Control System established in factory is able to achive the target of managing the cost by preparing suitable amount of material. This paper analyzes the situation about receiving and using material. Also the process of recycle is in control. Material Control System provides kinds of management flows to prevent the misoperations when receiving and using material which is the key points of material control. MCS is integrated with the other computer integrated system, such as SAP and PM, which is applied in CSMC FAB 1 and get the favorable achivement. |
