摘    要:目的探讨Moria2自动旋转式角膜板层刀在LASIK术中应用效果。方法用Moria2自动旋转式角膜板层刀对187例(367眼)屈光不正患者进行LASIK治疗。结果术后367眼中有360眼(98.1%)视力达到术前最佳矫正视力。术中角膜瓣的并发症发生率为1.4%,其中1眼为游离瓣,1眼薄瓣伴破瓣,1眼为薄瓣伴厚度不匀,术后角膜瓣均无上皮内生,2眼角膜层间沙漠样反应。术中先上吸环后上刀头做角膜瓣吸引时间(19.4±3.1)s,先上刀头后上吸环做角膜瓣吸引时间(16.6±2.7)s,其差异有统计学意义(t=3.469,P=0.001)。结论Moria2自动旋转式角膜板层刀术中操作简单,安全性高,角膜瓣、蒂的位置和大小选择性强,易于掌握。

Abstract:Objective To study the application of Moria-2 auto-carriago-barraguer microkeratome in LASIK. Methods LASIK was performed for 367 eyes (187 patients) using Moria-2 auto-carriago-barraguer microkeratome. Results The best corrected visual acuity was achieved in 360(98.1%) out of the 367 eyes after LASIK. The intra-operative complication rate of corneal flaps (free flap, thin broken flap and different thick flaps of 3 eyes, respectively) was 1.4%. No ingrown of epithelium was observed in corneal flaps after LASIK. However, desert -like reaction occurred in the corneal layer of 2 eyes. There was a statistical difference in absorbing time (seconds) between the first absorbing ring and the knife(19.4 ±3.1 )s and vice versa(16.6± 2.7)s (t=3.469, P=0.001). Conclusion Moria-2 auto-carfiago-barraguer microkeratome is easy to operate and high in safety, and therefore can be used in LASIK.
