| 摘 要： | 目的探讨尿微量白蛋白与肌酐比值（Malb／Cr）在糖尿病肾病早期诊断中的价值。方法应用日立7060型全自动生化分析仪检测Ⅱ型糖尿病患者124例及健康者58例尿液中微量白蛋白与肌酐的含量。结果糖尿病患者尿液Malb／Cr对数值明显高于健康者（P〈0．001）。糖尿病患者尿液Malb／Cr对数值与血糖无相关性（r=0．001），与24h尿蛋白定量有低度的等级正相关（r=0．403）。结论糖尿病患者尿液Malb／Cr升高可提示早期肾损伤，对糖尿病肾病的早期诊断具有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the significance of urinary Malb/Cr ratio in diagnosis of early diabetic nephropathy. Methods The levels of urinary microablumin and creatinine were determined by Hitachi -7180 fully automatic biochemical analyzer in 124 patients with type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus and 58 healthy controls. Results The logarithm of urinary Malb/Cr in diabetes group was significantly higher than that of healthy group（ P 〈0. 001 ）. The logarithm of urinary Malb/Cr was not correlated with blood level of glucose （ r =0. 001 ） in diabetic nephropathy, and it was related with amount of 24 hours urinary protein （ r = 0. 403 ）. Conclusion The increase in urinary Malb/Cr indicates the early renal damage in diabetes patients, and it has great significance in diagnosis of early diabetic nephropathy. |
