我院2008年至2010年住院患者中药注射剂利用分析

目的 了解住院患者中药注射剂应用情况,为临床合理应用提供参考.方法 对2008年至2010年中药注射剂销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)等进行统计分析.结果 住院患者中药注射剂用药金额占用药总金额的比例逐年增长.3年中,舒血宁注射液和注射用血栓通金额及DDDs排序均居前3位.DDC以抗癌类中药注射剂最高.结论 中药注射剂用药基本合理,应用呈增长趋势,应注意其合理应用.

Analysis on Utilization of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections in Inpatients during 2008--2010

Objective To evaluate the status of traditional Chinese medicine injections used in the inpatients of our hospital to provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods The consumption sum, DDDs and DDC of traditional Chinese medicine injections used the inpatient in our hospital from 2008 to 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The percentages of consumption sum of tradi- ti0nal Chinese medicine injections in the total consumption sum were increased year by year. Shuxuening Injection and Xueshuantong Injection dominated the first 3 places of sequence of consumption sum and DDDs during the 3 consecutive years. Anti- tumor tradition- i al Chinese medicine injections took up the leading place in the list of DDC. Conclusion The utilization of traditional Chinese medicine injections in the inpatients is reasonable and shows the increasing trend. It should be strengthened to use traditional Chinese medicine iniection reasonably.
