工程部件弹性材料力学性质的超声波测量

摘    要:采用RAM—SNAP-5000超声波测量系统和相位比较法测试原理,测量了金属板块的弹性模量和泊松比,并将测量结果与拉伸实验测量的弹性模量和泊松比进行了比较,所得结果基本一致。采用超声波测量技术确定了某型号汽车所有部件的弹性性质,其结果应用于该汽车的动力特性的计算。

Abstract:Using the RAM-SNAP-5000 ultrasonic measurement system and echo method measuring principle,the elastic modulus and Poisson's ratio of a low-carbon steel specimen are measured,the results were in good agreement with the data obtained by tensile tests.The ultrasonic measurement techniques were used to test the elastic modulus and Poisson's ratio of components for certain type of car,and the results were applied to the calculation of car dynamic characteristics.
