平显火控设备自动测试系统的设计

摘    要:随着先进的机载电子设备的不断装备飞机,设备的故障检测和故障诊断的要求也日益迫切。目前平显火控设备的测试一般只能在内场完成,而且每种设备都要配备专用的测试设备,通用性较差。介绍了平显火控设备自动测试系统的组成,论述了系统的硬件构成和软件的设计特点。该测试系统可以完成对某型飞机平显火控系统所有设备的故障检测与诊断,可以进行原位与离位检测,说明系统具有较强的扩展能力。

Abstract:The need of equipments'fault test and fault diagnosis is more and more urgent since the advanced air-borne equipments began to arm airplanes.The test of HUD fire-control equipment only can be finished infield at the present time and each equipment must match a special test instrument.The composition of the automatic test system for the HUD fire-control system is introduced.This test system can fulfill all the equipments of HUD fire-control system of X airplane,their fault test and diagnosis can be carried out infield or outfield.This paper also describes the hardware and software and the expansibility of this system.
