茂名加氢裂化装置用能分析及节能途径

摘    要:介绍了茂名石化公司加氢裂化装置在国内同类装置中的能耗状况,从设计和操作两方面分析了影响该装置能耗的因素,提出了该装置节能降耗应采取的措施,即使用炉管清灰剂和原料油阻垢剂技术降低燃料能耗;优化生产操作,降低分馏塔负荷;对中低温热源优化回收利用;对烟气热量进行回收;进行电耗分析并采取相应节电措施。通过改造,分馏炉燃料消耗降低0.2kg标油/t,加热炉燃料气单耗降低6.4kg/t,锅炉排烟温度降到200℃以下,自产蒸汽量增加了4.6t/h,锅炉平均热效率上升4.8个百分点,装置综合能耗由2004年的68kg标油/t降低到目前的37kg标油/t。

Abstract:By comparing the energy efficiency of SINOPEC Maoming Company's hydrocracking unit with those of other domestic units of the same type ,this article analyzes the factors affecting the energy efficiency of the unit in Maoming Company from the aspects of design and operation and proposes a series of measures to reduce energy consumption.These measures include using furnace ash cleaner and raw oil scale inhibitor to reduce fuel consumption,optimizing operations to reduce the load of fractionating column,recycling low and medium-temperature heat efficiency.After an upgrade sources,recycling heat in flue gas and reducing power consumption by improving ,the fuel consumption level of the fractionating oven dropped by 0.2kg of oil equivalent/t,the unit consumption of fuel gas of the heating furnace dropped by 6.4kg/t,the temperature of smoke discharged by the furnace dropped to below 200℃ ,the volume of steam produced rose by 4.6t/h and the average heat efficiency of the furnace rose by 4.8 percentage points.The comprehensive energy consumption level of the unit has dropped from 68kg of oil equivalent/t in 2004 to 37kt of oil equivalent/t.
