| 摘 要： | 宁波钢铁五丰塘焦化厂应用了一种新的节能环保技术,即管式炉法无蒸汽蒸氨生产技术。该技术利用煤气在管式炉中加热蒸氨废水,再回到蒸氨塔内进行闪蒸,产生蒸汽,实现蒸氨过程。通过此方法可以不再使用直接蒸汽,避免了蒸汽蒸馏中废水的增加。项目投产后,各项参数运行稳定,产品质量指标合格,年减少污水约10万t,年经济效益647万元。

| Abstract: | This paper introduced a new process of non-steamed ammonia distillation in a tube oven.It is a new energy-saving and environmental protection technology used in Wufengtang Coking Plant of Ningbo Steel.This technology uses gas to heat wastewater of ammonia distillated in a tube oven and then the wastewater goes back to flash evaporation in the tower of ammonia distillation.Its vapour can be used for ammonia distillation.This technology does not use vapour directly.It reduced wastewater in distillation of vap... |
