| 摘 要： | 通过对钢管3PE防腐层侧向缠绕工艺生产过程的分析,推导出决定聚乙烯层螺距与涂敷层数的工艺参数,从而建立了相应的数学模型.通过对某一规格钢管的理论计算,得出不同螺旋角下聚乙烯层相应的螺距和涂敷层数.根据与工厂的实际参数进行对比分析,结果表明两者基本一致,并且此理论计算能更方便地指导工厂进行生产.
