糖尿病自我管理干预式教育的效果评价

摘    要:目的 :评估糖尿病自我管理干预式教育在控制血糖方面的作用。方法 :将100例糖尿病患者分为两组 ,自我管理教育干预组 (50例 )和非干预组 (50例 )。两组指定相同的读物 (教材 ) ,受过相关知识培训的医务人员与干预组患者建立固定关系 ,以多种方式给予具体的自我管理教育 ,非干预组则以自学为主。每例患者在教育前及教育后测试糖尿病相关知识 ,随访空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白 ,了解患者对糖尿病的认知情况 ,分析糖尿病患者自我管理干预式教育对糖代谢的影响。结果 :干预组空腹血糖控制不良占10% ,低于非干预组 (24% ) ,餐后2h血糖控制不良占6% ,低于非干预组 (10% ) ,糖化血红蛋白控制不良占2 % ,低于非干预组 (8% )。结论 :糖尿病自我管理干预式教育能更有效地提高患者对糖尿病的认知 ,增强其自我管理能力 ,主动配合治疗 ,对控制血糖 ,延缓慢性并发症的发生发展具有重要的意义。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the effect about self-administrating in tervention education of diabetes mellitus in controlling the disease.Methods:100cases of diabetes mellitus were divided into two groups:self-adminstrating intervention education group(50cases)and non-intervention education group(50cases).Although two groups used the same reading matter,the patients of the experimental group set up a fixed relationship with trained medical workers and were given multiple self-administrating educations and the patients of the control group read the reading matter by themselves.All patients were tested the knowledge about diabetes mellitus before the reading and after the reading and were followed up the levels of fasting blood sugar,the blood sugar of two hours after meal and glyco-hemoglobin.Then we investigated the status of the patients understanding the disease and analyzed the effect of the self-administrating intervention education on sugar metabolism.Results:10%of patients in experimental group did not control the fasting blood sugar and it was lower than that of the control group(24%).6%of patients in experimental group did not control the blood sugar of two hours after meal and it was lower than that of the control group(10%).2%of patients in experimental group did not control the level of glyco-hemoglobin and it was lower than that of the control group(8%).Conclusions:Self-administrating intervention education of diabetes mellitus can increase the knowledge of the patients,enhance the ability of self-administration and assist the treatment.It has important significance for controlling blood sugar and delaying the occurring of complication.
