当前,我国煤矿企业安全生产形势不容乐观,重特大事故时有发生。究其原因,主要表现在安全理念缺乏,安全投入不足、装备落后,管理体制不完善,现场管理薄弱。潞安集团长期以来始终把安全生产作为最大的政治和各级领导的最大责任,在实践中不断探索和创新企业安全管理的新理念、新思路、新方法,确立了系统管理抓安全、以人为本抓安全、超越安全抓安全、源头治理抓安全的安全管理核心理念,创造性实施了“安全系统管理法”,给企业带来了显著的安全效益。同时对如何构建安全生产长效机制,促进社会和谐发展提出了个人见解。

Nowadays,the trend of safe production in coal mines in China is not satisfactory.Momentous accidents happen sometimes.The reasons are the lack of safe consciousness,inadequate safe input,undevloped equipment,imperfect administrative mechanism and poor on-spot administration.Lu′an mining group co.ltd.always put the safe production as the biggest political task and most important obligation of the each leader.We bring obvious safe profit to the company in the practice by expoloring new ideas,new thoughts,new methods.We establish core thoughts of safe administration by systematically administrating,setting person as the base,surpassing safety and governing the headstream.We also create the systematically administrative method of safety.Meantime,I provide my own understanding to the way of constructing safe producative system and accelerating harmonious social development.
