| 摘 要： | 热处理一般是通过改变组织结构的微观形态,从而使得零件的宏观性能得到改进,整体而言,工件热处理缺陷是以微观为主宏观为辅,微观结构的检查需要通过仪器才能实现。文章对工件在加热阶段、冷却阶段以及加工过程和后续处理中产生的缺陷和防范进行了重点分析。

| Abstract: | Heat treatment is usually by changing the microscopic morphology of organizational structure to improve the macroscopic properties of machine part.As a whole,the heat treatment defect for workpiece is micro-based and macro-supplemented,and the examination of microscopic structure can be achieved through the instrument.The article mainly analyzes on the defects generated in the heating stage,the cooling stage,the processing stage and follow-up treatment stage of workpiece and and its prevention. |
