调化三焦方对2型糖尿病大鼠糖脂代谢的影响

目的观察调化三焦方（Tiaohua Triple-jiao Recipe,TTR）对链脲佐菌素（STZ）诱导的2型糖尿病大鼠糖脂代谢的影响。方法建立STZ诱导的2型糖尿病大鼠模型,实验分为6组：正常对照组、模型组、阳性药组、TTR高剂量组、TTR中剂量组及TTR低剂量组,观察血糖、血脂、血清胰岛素、肝脏和心肌组织糖原含量的变化。结果①TTR（2g/kg）与阳性药格列美脲200mg/kg的降糖作用相当;②TTR治疗组大鼠的TG、CHO和LDL水平均明显低于模型组（P〈0.01）;③TTR对大鼠血清胰岛素水平无明显影响;④TTR能显著促进肝糖原和心肌糖原的合成（P〈0.01）。结论 TTR能改善STZ诱导的2型糖尿病大鼠的糖脂代谢。

Effects of Tiaohua Triple-jiao Recipe on the glucose and lipid in streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats

Objective To observe the effects of Tiaohua Triple-jiao Recipe on the glucose and lipid in streptozotocin-induced Diabetic Rats.Methods Rats models with diabetes mellitus were induced by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin.Then the rats were divided into six groups at random： normal group,model group,Glimepiride group,L-TTR group,M-TTR group and H-T TR group.Levels of blood glucose,blood fats,insulin,hepatic and myocardium glycogen were determined.Results ①Hypoglycemic Effect of TTR（2g/kg） closes to Glimepiride（200 mg/ kg）;②Compared with model group,TTR different dose groups can reduce the level of TG,CHO,and LDL（P〈0.01）;③TTR effects on the insulin of rats serum little;④TTR can effectively enhance the synthesis of hepatic and myocardium glycogen（P〈0.01）.Conclusion TTR can improve the glucose and lipid metabolism in streptozotocin-induced.
