碱性MgO载体对钴基催化剂催化性能的影响

摘    要:以分步浸渍法制备了碱性MgO-钴墓催化剂.采用XRD、TPR、TPD和催化活性评价等技术,考察了负载型MgO-CoO催化剂的表面性质及其对CH4与CO2重整反应催化性能的影响.结果表明,共沉淀法制备的MgO载体有较高的比表面积(S(BET)(MgO)),CoO在MgO的表面呈高分散性.以此为载体负载的钴基催化剂具有优异...

Abstract:The Co-based catalysts were prepared by fractional impregnation method and the MgO support was prepared by Co-precipitation method.The surface properties and catalytic performance of supported CoO catalysts for CO2-reforming of CH4 to syngas were investigated by using technigues such as XRD,H2-TPR,CO2-TPD and evaluation of catalytic activity,etc.The results showed that the sample supported on the Co-precipitated MgO gave a higher specific surface area(SBET(MgO)) and a better catalytic performance.The catalytic reaction was stable for 120 h on stream with a CH4/CO2 feed ratio of 1∶1 at 750 °C and GHSV=2500 h-1.
