摘    要:针对永磁直线同步电机(PMLSM)伺服系统,在分析影响直线伺服跟踪精度因素的基础上,采用学习前馈控制(LFFC)策略对该伺服系统进行有效的补偿控制.在系统和扰动定性知识的基础上,设计了基于B样条网络的学习前馈补偿控制,利用了B样条网具有收敛速度快和避免局部极值的优点.仿真结果表明,该控制策略明显降低了外部负载扰动、端部效应、摩擦力以及系统参数变化等对系统性能的影响,从而显著提高了直线伺服系统的跟踪精度.

Abstract:For permanent magnet linear synchronous motor(PMLSM) servo system,on the basis of analyzing the factors that influence the tracking precision of servo system,learning feed-forward control(LFFC) is introduced to suppress further the tracking error.In this paper,LFFC based on B-spline network(BSN) is designed by means of qualitative knowledge of the process and disturbances.The advantages of B spline network with fast convergence and avoidance of the local extreme are used.Simulation results show that the proposed scheme can reduce effectively the influence of external load disturbances,end effect,friction and parameter variation of the system.The tracking performances of the PMLSM servo system are significantly improved.
