| 摘 要： | 本文用气相色谱分析法对Leh地区沙棘果油中脂肪酸成分（含量）进行了分析测定.结果表明：沙棘果油中脂肪（酸）含量为24.9%,其中主要成分为棕榈油酸（42.06%）、棕榈酸（28.11%）和油酸（12.29%）. |

Study on Fatty Acids Profile in Fruit Pulp of Seabuckthorn Collected from Leh Region |

| Abstract: | The fatty acid compositions of fruit pulp oil of seabuckthorn growing in Leh region (India) was analyzed by GC. The results showed the fat content was 24. 9% in fruit pulp oil. ulp oil is rich in palmitoleic acid (42. 06%), palmitic acid (28.11%) and oleic acid (12. 92%) . |
