柔性通信指挥管理信息系统总体设计

多样化军事任务的复杂性和多变性,迫切需要多样化的通信保障。从多样化军事任务对通信保障的需求出发,分析了通信指挥管理信息系统的结构柔性、运行柔性和数据柔性的需求,对通信指挥管理信息系统的总体构成、功能组成和总体技术体系结构进行了初步研究,说明了系统结构柔性、运行柔性及数据柔性的实现。

Overall Design of Flexible Communication Command Management Information System

Variety and complexity of various military missions necessitate versatile communication support. In this paper, the requirements on communication support imposed by various military missions are analyzed; a new system design method for communication command management information systems is proposed. The new design method uses flexible system design technology to implement flexible communication command management information systems with flexible system architecture, flexible workflow and flexible dataflow. The system composition,functionalities and system architecture of communication command management information systems based on the flexible system design technology are discussed and the approaches for implementing flexible system architecture, flexible workflow and flexible dataflow are presented.
