| Abstract: | A method for preparing dispersed pancreatic acini, which is based on the report abroad with some modifications according to the condition in our country, is presented. The essential features of this method include three steps: chemical digestion, mechanical isolation and centrifugal purification. The key problems related to success for the method are discussed in detail. |
