| 摘 要： | 本文针对西部地区毁林开荒、水土流失、洪灾、泥石流等造成农业生态环境破坏严重,带来巨大的经济损失,提出了改善农业生态环境、利用科学技术搞生态农业、严格控制人口数量和提高人口素质、制定相关法律和规章制度等有效措施,以促进西部农业的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Farming environment has been greatly damaged in Western China because of destroying woods for farmland,soil erosion,flood,and mud-rock flow and has brought great economic losses.Therefore, we bring forth a series of measures to ensure and promote the sustainable development of agrieulture in Western China,i.e.,by improving farming environment,developing eco-agricuhure by means of science and technology,controlling strictly the population and improving the population quality,enacting related laws and regulations. |
