郑氏针法的研究进展及特色探析＊

郑氏针法学术流派创始于郑云祥、郑老勋先生,形成于郑毓琳先生,成熟于郑魁山教授。郑氏针法起源于《内经》《难经》,在一个多世纪的历史发展过程中,形成了独特而完整的针灸流派学术体系。郑氏针法包含了郑氏家传针法、热补凉泻针法、温通针法,其手法灵活、适应症广、疗效确切。郑氏针法要求针刺基本功的训练,重视双手的配合,要求心手合一,注重针刺补泻效应与气至病所。本文通过查阅文献,对郑氏针法的手法、选穴、主治疾病以及近年来的临床与实验研究作一综述,并将其治疗手法进行总结,旨在为其针法进一步实验、临床研究与传播推广提供参考,拓宽临床工作者诊疗思路。

Research Progress and Characteristic Analysis of Zheng's Acupuncture Methods

The academic school of Zheng''s acupuncture methods was founded by Mr. Zheng Yunxiang and Mr. Zheng Laoxun, formed by Mr. Zheng Yulin, and developed by Professor Zheng Kuisan. The Zheng''s acupuncture method originated from the Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor, Classic of Questioning, and has formed a unique and complete academic system of acupuncture school in the course of more than a century of historical development. Zheng''s acupuncture methods include Zheng''s family acupuncture method, heat-reinforcing and cold-reducing acupuncture method, and warm-dredging acupuncture method, which has flexible techniques, wide range of indications, and precise therapeutic effects. Zheng''s acupuncture method requires training in basic acupuncture skills, emphasizes the cooperation of both hands, requires the unity of mind and hand, and focuses on the complementary and diarrheal effects of acupuncture and qi to the disease. In this paper, we reviewed the literature and made a review of Zheng''s acupuncture methods, the selection of acupuncture points and the main treatment diseases, as well as the clinical and experimental research in recent years, and summarized its treatment techniques, aiming to provide reference for further experiments, clinical researches and dissemination of its acupuncture method, and to broaden the clinical workers'' treatment ideas.
