毛细管气相色谱测定小麦粉中过氧化苯甲酰方法的改进

摘    要:对GB/T 18415-2001《小麦粉中过氧化苯甲酰的测定方法》中的方法2进行了改进。小麦粉通过酸性石油醚(60-90℃)萃取,过氧化苯甲酰转化为苯甲酸,样品和萃取剂的使用量按比例减少,具塞三角瓶改为具塞玻璃试管,旋荡时间缩短一半,经石英毛细管柱HJRT柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器检测,以外标法定量分析。此方法的相对标准偏差为1.7%-3.6%,线性范围为0.01-0.1 g/L(r=0.998),检出限为10-12 g/s,回收率为97.2%-98.8%。

Abstract:This paper improved Method 2 in the GB/T 18415-2001 "the determination method of benzoyl peroxide in wheat flour ".Wheat flour is extracted through the acidic petroleum ether(60-90 ℃),benzoyl peroxide is turned into benzoic acid,the sample and the extractant decrease in proportion,conical flask is replaced by glass test tube,the time of rotating and swinging reduce by half.The reagemt is separated by the quartz capillary column HJRT column separation and tested by hydrogen flame ionization detector is analyzed by external standard method.The relative standard deviation of the method is 1.7%-3.6%;the linear range is 0.01-0.1 g/L(r = 0.998);the limit of detection is 10-12 g/s;the recovery rate is 97.2%-98.8%.
