齿轮齿根应力准确计算模型构建方法

摘    要:应用齿轮范成加工原理和UG三维建模技术,构建了渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮精确齿形的三维几何模型,并将其导入ANSYS软件。以GB3480-83标准中的齿根应力计算方法的计算结果为基准,在载荷作用齿顶(7级以下齿轮)时通过大量有限元试算,总结出了合理的边界条件,建立了精确的有限元计算模型。该建模方法无需渐开线及齿根过渡曲线方程的求解,可用于高精度(6级以上)齿轮或变位齿轮齿根弯曲应力的准确计算。通过实例进行了使用说明。

Abstract:Three-dimensional geometric model was constructed by using generation method and UG three modeling techniques to the involute spur gear tooth accurate,and imported into ANSYS.The standards of GB3480-83 of the teeth with the stress calculation method for calculating the results as a benchmark,in the tip load(7 following gear) with a large number of finite element spreadsheet,summed up a reasonable boundary conditions,the establishment of a precise limited element model.The modeling method and without involute dedendum transition curve equations can be used for high-precision(six over) or gear shift gear tooth root bending stress of a precise calculation.Text through examples of their use are described.
