摘    要:介绍海洋非黏结柔性管道接头的常见密封结构,用Abaqus对接头的密封特性进行数值分析,研究密封圈的密封性能对不同密封结构参数的灵敏度,得到密封结构参数变化对接头密封结构的密封性能和力学性能影响的一般规律.结果表明密封结构的主要设计参数为密封圈的锥角和曲率半径以及加载位移等.

Abstract:The common sealing structure of unbonded flexible marine pipe end fitting is introduced. The sealing performance of the end fitting is numerically analyzed by Abaqus. The sensitivity of the sealing performance of sealing ring on the different structure parameters of sealing structure is studied, and the rule is obtained which reflects the effect of sealing structure parameter change on the sealing and mechanical performance of the end fitting. The results show that the key design parameters of the sealing structure are the cone angle and curvature radius of sealing ring, and the loading displacement, etc.
