能量回收和节能过程中的膜技术

摘    要:本文介绍了膜技术在能量回收和节能过程中的应用和发展动向。对膜技术在制能过程中的应用做了重点介绍,如以煤气化和液化来生产煤合成气制能过程以及由生物资源制能过程中的膜技术,涉及富氧膜及装置,电化学熔盐膜用于酸气的脱除等,并对渗透汽化膜技术代替蒸馏过程的节能意义进行了讨论。

Abstract:The use of membranes in a number of energy conversion, conservation and recovery processes has been discussed in this paper. Membranes are often consid- ered for use in energy production processes, such as coal gasfication and liquifica- tion process and energy production from biomass, because of low energy consump- tion of membrane processes compared with conventional techniques. The new mem- branes in energy production processes which have been described in this work involve oxygen-enriched membranes, electroch emical ceramic membranes with melting salt, etc. The other important application of membranes in energy recov- ery and conservation processes are bleeding stream and gas recovery systems, pervaporation as alternative to distillation and so on. The prospects of membrane technology in next years have also been given in this paper.
