有害气体检测仪设计中的数据处理

摘    要:文中给出了有害气体检测仪的总体结构及数据处理方法,采用了数字滤波算法来抑制有害气体检测过程中存在的复杂的现场噪声干扰;采用了一种基于二次方程和拉格朗日插值公式的软件校准方法,可代替传统的硬件调节电路,一次性完成对失调、量程及非线性的校准。同时,针对传感嚣灵敏度随时间下降的特点,提出了一种修正传感器灵敏度的方法。

Abstract:Brought forward the gross structure and the data processing method of the noxious gas detection instrument which adopted digital filter algorithm to restraint the complied noise jamming in the procedure of noxious gas detecting,and adopted a software calibration method based on quadratic equation and Lagrange interpolation which can complete the adjustment to the maladjustment,range and nonlinearity at one time.According to the characteristic of the descending of the sensor's sensitivity with time,brought forward a method to amend the sensor's sensitivity.
