Fe-SiC复合电镀的工艺研究

摘    要:为了提高镀铁层的硬度和耐磨性,进行了铁基复合镀的研究.利用自制的不对称交-直流电源,采用无刻蚀镀铁工艺,通过在镀液中加入不溶性非金属固体颗粒SiC,用电化学的方法使铁与这些颗粒共同沉积,可以获得沉积速度快、与基体结合牢固、硬度高、耐磨性好、厚度均匀的铁基复合镀层.结果表明,铁基复合镀对延长零部件的使用寿命具有明显的优越性.

Abstract:A specially designed asymmetric alternating current-direct current power supply was used to prepare electroplated Fe-based composite coating doped with SiC particulates. Thus the Fe-SiC composite coating was obtained using etching-free Fe electroplating process so as to increase the hardness and wear resistance of the Fe coating. The electroplating process was investigated, while the properties of the Fe-SiC composite coating were examined as well. As the results, it was feasible to prepare Fe-SiC composite coating of desired properties at a fast deposition rate, making use of the electrochemical codeposition of the Fe matrix and the doped SiC particulates. The Fe-SiC coating had uniform thickness, high hardness, good adherence to the substrate, and good wear resistance, and hence could be used to effectively extend the service life of some parts and components for wear prevention.
