宇航COPV缠绕复合材料结构设计的技术研究

摘    要:分析了宇航复合材料压力容器技术指标的特点和确定方法,初步探讨了圆柱形、球形、近球形、椭球形、环形、锥形容器纤维缠绕复合材料壳体的结构特点,COPV作为宇航系统中的关键部件,其研制技术(如COPV结构效率)将直接决定其性能,对宇航系统有很大的影响。本文对宇航复合材料压力容器的发展趋势进行了分析。

Abstract:The features and determination method of specification for composite overwrapped pressure vessel were ana- lyzed, the fiber overwrapped structure characteristics of cylinder, sphere, near-sphere, ellipse, toroidal and conical shape were discussed, COPV as the key part of aerospace system has direct impact on aerospace system such as COPV structure efficiency. The development trend of space composite vessel was analyzed.
