| 摘 要： | 随着工程机械产量的快速增长,市场的竞争日益激烈。各制造商为了提升产品的外观质量,争取更多客户,纷纷投入大量资金对传统的涂装工艺进行改进,工程机械涂装工艺已被提升至历史性的高度。通过分析工程机械产品的特点,工程机械涂装主要可以分为薄板件涂装和结构件涂装。通过对工程机械的涂装工艺进行分析,总结了不同零部件涂装的特点及质量控制点。

| Abstract: | With the rapid increasing of construction machinery＇s production, the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. The manufacturers invest a lot of money to optimize the traditional painting process in order to improve the product quality of appearance, strive for more customers, construction machinery painting process has been promoted to the height of the historic. Construction machinery painting process can be divided into sheet metal parts painting and structure parts painting by analyzing the characteristics of construction machinery products. The characteristics and quality control points of different part＇s painting were summarized by analyzing the painting process of construction machinery. |
